Dan Guglielmo

Executive coach, Vistage Chair, and author of The Field You Create

I've spent a working life gathering people—and learning that the leaders who leave the deepest mark are the ones who coach. Through MindfulCEO, I work with many of Boston's most influential executives in tech, media, and finance, coaching them to become better coaches and mentors inside their own organizations.

Beyond one-to-one work with executives, I've built organizations of my own. I co-founded the Exit Planning Exchange (XPX), an independent association of advisors, coaches, and subject-matter experts who work with business owners from founding through exit to legacy. And for nearly twelve years I've moderated confidential CEO peer groups as a Vistage Chair.

Before coaching, I spent more than 30 years as a succession planner and tax lawyer. I'm a graduate of Colorado College and the Arizona State University College of Law, where I specialized in business law and taxation.
