A practice cohort with Dan Guglielmo
Leading from
the Center
Leadership asks more of us than knowing what to do. It asks us to notice how we see, how we respond, and what our presence makes possible for others.
This cohort is an invitation to practice those capacities with other leaders—to bring your actual experience into a room where curiosity, honesty, and thoughtful attention can deepen the way you lead.
- Anticipated start
- Late February or early March 2027
- Format
- Live online
- Rhythm
- Opening orientation, then 90-minute gatherings
An invitation to look more closely
These moments offer material for practice.
You may have considerable experience leading a business, advising others, or carrying responsibility. Yet some of your most consequential moments still arrive without a clear answer.
A familiar approach stops working. A relationship becomes difficult. You notice yourself reacting before you understand why. Or success raises questions it once seemed likely to resolve.
Together, we will explore how to become more available to what is happening—in ourselves, between people, and in the systems we help shape—and more intentional about how we participate.
What we will practice
Our aim is to develop greater capacity to
-
Notice assumptions that shape what we see.
-
Hold uncertainty without rushing to resolve it.
-
Recognize habitual reactions as they arise.
-
Remain open to alternative perspectives.
These capacities can help us listen more fully, exercise judgment, and respond with greater freedom when familiar answers fall short.
Each participant will bring different experiences and discover different possibilities. The invitation is to notice what changes through practice.
The work we will explore
The Energetic Arc
Drawing on The Field You Create, we will explore the Energetic Arc: Merge, Move, Trust, Choose, and Integrate.
- Merge
- Move
- Trust
- Choose
- Integrate
These movements give us ways to recognize and inquire into our experience. We will return to them as our conversations and practice unfold.
We will also practice observing our own experience while participating in it: noticing bodily responses, assumptions, and emerging interpretations, and creating room for intentional choice.
The questions will be grounded in your life. What are you encountering? What happens within you? What becomes possible when you see the situation differently?
What happens in a gathering
Guided reflection, conversation, and practice with fellow participants
Each gathering combines guided reflection, conversation, and opportunities to practice with fellow participants, including coaching in small groups.
Dan will provide a clear structure and invitations for inquiry. Participants will bring the experiences that give the work its substance: a difficult conversation, an unresolved decision, a changing relationship, or a moment worth understanding more deeply.
Between gatherings, everyday leadership becomes the place to practice. You will return with observations, questions, and experiences to explore together.
Who this is for
CEOs, founders, executives, and other experienced leaders
This cohort is for CEOs, founders, executives, and other experienced leaders who are curious about how their own ways of seeing and responding influence the people around them.
You may be navigating change, reconsidering your role, or seeking greater coherence between what matters to you and how you lead.
You do not need familiarity with these frameworks. You do need a willingness to reflect, listen, contribute, and examine your own experience.
The quality of the cohort will depend on what we create together. Confidentiality, curiosity, kindness, and consistent participation will be central to our work.
Timing and commitment
An orientation, then seven weekly gatherings
- Orientation

- Week 6
- Week 7
The first cohort is anticipated to begin in late February or early March 2027. Exact dates and meeting times will be confirmed before enrollment.
The proposed rhythm is an opening orientation followed by seven weekly, 90-minute virtual practice gatherings over approximately two months. The final session count and full calendar will be shared in advance.
Please plan to attend each gathering and make room between sessions for reflection and practice in your everyday life.
For new clients, private coaching begins before the group convenes. An initial conversation with Dan will help determine whether the schedule and experience are a good fit.
